Post Malone Defends Lil Nas X From Angry Country Music Fans

Post Malone stuck up for Lil Nas X when a TMZ reporter asked him about the song "Old Country Road" angering a lot of country fans.

The song was removed from Billboard's country charts for not being country enough in March. And Lil Nas X recently got a deal with Wrangler Jeans, which also bothered some country fans. 

"I think people should be able to, you know, make whatever the hell they want to," said Post."Even now in modern country, there's a lot of 808s and sh*t anyway. All the country artists  now are rapping too, you know what I mean? I don't really necessarily see the difference."

Post talked about Lil Nas X's Wrangler deal as well.

"It's just pants,"he said. "I don't understand it. Music's just f*cking music and if you wear Wranglers, who gives a sh*t."
