Kendrick Lamar shook the game when he announced that he was leaving Top Dawg Entertainment after his upcoming album.
On that same day, it appeared Isaiah Rashad dissed Lamar on Twitter.
“Everybody emotional. U not that special. Quit embarrassing us,” Rashad tweeted.
During an interview on The Breakfast Club, Rashad denied shading K Dot and explained what the tweet was all about.
“I was on my way to my kids birthday party … and me and her mom had a little verbal whatever and I know I couldn’t say what I really wanted to say, so I said it on Twitter for a second," he said. "Now I’m embarrassed."
Rashad also said that he has no problem with Lamar leaving TDE because it’s all about business and called the Damn rapper “family.”
