Drake isn't just winning on the charts.
Last week, a judge tossed producer Detail's assault lawsuit against Drizzy.
Why?
Detail never showed up for court.
The producer had accused Drake of having his bodyguard Chubbs beat him down back in 2014 because Detail refused to work with Drake exclusively. The assault happened at Drake's Calabasas, California mansion and Detail claims Drake watched it go down from a few feet away.
Detail suffered a broken jaw and other injuries in the attack and was expected to ask for millions in damages. Drake's team didn't deny there was an altercation but seemed ready to argue that Detail started it.
However, none of that will come into play because Detail decided not to attend the trial he had been working to get for years.
