Biggie & Wu-Tang Are Getting NYC Streets Named After Them

Two Hip Hop icons will have streets named after them. 

Christopher Wallace aka Biggie and the Wu-Tang Clan received the news that the city of New York will honor them with their very own streets. 

Last month, we reported that Biggie would have the street he grew up on in Brooklyn will be named Christopher Wallace Way after him, but it was awaiting Mayor Bill de Blasio's approval.

On December 20, the New York City Council unanimously voted to name two streets after the two

 The Wu-Tang Clan District will be in Staten Island, of course.
