Rowdy Rebel was recently in Los Angeles.

The New York rapper took a shot at the Hoovers on the way out.

"La I'm outta here Smd," he typed.  "All Hoovers Smd [skull emoji]"

It's unclear the context of Rowdy's message, but it's notable that New York rapper Pop Smoke was killed by gangbangers associated with the Hoover Crips.
