YNW Melly Is All Smiles And Laughs During Court Proceedings For Double Murder

YNW Melly is facing the death penalty in the killing of his YNW crew members SakChaser and Juvy.

But the alleged double murderer doesn't seem to be sweating it.

Melly appeared Thursday in the Broward County courthouse.

According to TMZ ... "he's smiling like a kid on Christmas and yukking it up with his legal team, despite being heavily shackled in his jail jumpsuit."

The appearance was a procedural one: Melly added some new lawyers to his defense team.

Melly's been telling his friends he expects to beat the charges and should be home soon. Judging from his face, he really believes that.
