TMZ's Van Lathan was recently fired for having a physical confrontation with now former co-worker Mike Babcock. Shortly after we got news of the firing still photos of the incident emerged.

Page Six reports the two men got into it after discussing Ellen DeGeneres talking with George W. Bush at a football game earlier this month. There's no audio in the newly released clip, but you can clearly see Lathan put his hands on Babcock, which is what got him fired. He then whispers something in Babcock's ear before walking off camera. 

The video was released by someone who calls themselves a "TMZ superfan."
