Tekashi 6ix9ine's Videos & Lyrics To Be Used Against Anthony "Harv" Ellison In Court

Of the 11 Nine Treys charged with Tekashi 6ix9ine, all but two have copped pleas.

The pair that haven't, Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison, are both accused of being part of the violent "inside job" robbery of 6ix9ine last year.

According to Ellison's lawyer, his client's motivation for his day in court is to get 6ix9ine to take the stand and make the accusation publically.

We can't blame Ellison for wanting to screw 6ix9ine, who's working with the Feds. But it's not just Tekashi's rat move that has jeopardized Ellison and Mack's futures as free men.

According to The Blast, prosecutors plan to use 6ix9ine's music videos and lyrics in their cases against Ellison and Mack, arguing it will help establish their case against the alleged gang-bangers.

Tekashi avoided that kind of jeopardy when he flipped. Last week, his girlfriend Jade confirmed the chatter that 6ix9ine and his legal team expect him to be released in early 2020. He had been facing 47 years.
