Tekashi 6ix9ine's lawyers believe that the troll rapper will be released when he next appears in court in early 2020 because he cooperated with the Feds in their racketeering case against the Tr3yway Bloods.

However, that was supposedly dependent on all of his co-defendants taking plea deals, and at least one -- Anthony "Harv" Ellison -- has signaled his intention to go trial.

According to 6ix9ine girlfriend Jade, Tekashi is still slated for an early 2020 release.
