Tekashi 6ix9ine Gets Sentence For Violating Plea Agreement

by HHL JT

Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced to four years of probation for violating the terms of a plea agreement stemming from his 2015 arrest for the use of a child in a sexual performance. He'll get credit for one year of probation served.

He will also be required to serve 1000 hours of community service, refrain for posting violent images on social media and avoid all gang members and gang activity. (No more Treway.) He will not have to register as a sex offender.

Any new arrests will be a probation violation which will lead to resentencing.

The Manhattan's DA Office had asked the judge to sentence 6ix9ine to 1-3 years in prison for violating the plea agreement, citing his two recent arrests.

But 6ix9ine's lawyers won the day by arguing the arrests actually happened after the plea deal had run out, and the troll rapper will be free to terrorize everyone's ears and general sensibilities for a while more.
