In fact, when he was last in his home country he was stomped out by men wearing Crocs.

Since then he's been touring the third world.

His latest stop is the African nation Uganda.

As you can see, he got a hero's welcome.

Of course, 6ix9ine bought that welcome with US dollars.

And US dollars go a long way in a country with a per capita GDP of about $900 a year.
