Now he's in the news and it isn't good.
"Jane Doe' is suing Takeoff for a rape that went down at a LA party.
According to her complaint, Takeoff was staring at her and made her uncomfortable. Then he offered her weed, which she refused. Next, he bumped into her and the man throwing the party on the stairs. Takeoff and the man got into an argument, and the woman went into a bedroom to wait it out.
Then Takeoff came into the bedroom and began touching her buttocks. Next, he flipped her over and raped her.
The woman went to the hospital after the alleged attack and says the staff observed physical evidence of forceful rape and contacted the LAPD.
She's suing for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress. No word from Takeoff's camp.
