ScHoolboy Q Explains Who Can Make Fun Of 21 Savage And How

Tomi Lahren and Demi Lovato got dragged all over the Internet for making 21 Savage jokes, and fallout over a UK Savage meme may lead to Offset and Chris Brown squaring up.

21's boy ScHoolboy Q  jumped on social to explain what's allowed when it comes to mocking 21.

"IF u dissing 21 Savage u a clown ... let tHat man get back 2 His kids," Q typed. "Ya'll on her talking bout wHo real wHo fake about a black man that take care of His kids ..."

But then Q offered up a meme exception to the no Savage mockery rule.

"I'm not talking about memes ... I'm a bootleg comedian myself so i'm all for laffing. but i'm not going to play with anutHa man cHaracter beHind a screen. I'm a lil bitch I know braH."

Since Brown posted a meme, we guess he's in the clear.
