Roddy Ricch is into a landlord in Encino, California for $200,000 after being accused of not paying rent, and now he's being sued.
The 22-year-old was paying $15,950 per month but gave up the residence in August, breaking a yearlong lease. So now the landlord wants Roddy to fork over all that's still owed and accused him of damaging the home extensively.
The Blast says that Roddy started living in the property in April but stopped paying rent by July.
Usually, when stories like this are reported, Tyga is at the center since he's been sued multiple times for not paying rent. So now he has some company.
Roddy has stayed mum about the lawsuit so far.
