Roddy Ricch Explains Why His Label Won't Let Him Drop 'Feed Tha Streets 3'

by Daryl Nelson

Roddy Ricch has found success with his Feed Tha Streets mixtapes, so he wants to keep it going by releasing Feed Tha Streets 3

But his label Atlantic Records is giving him problems, which Roddy revealed on Instagram.

"THE LABEL DON’T WANNA COUNT FEED THA STREETS 3 AS AN ALBUM CUZ ITS ALWAYS BEEN A MIXTAPE SERIES BUT THE FANS NEED IT SO LETS DROP WHEN I GET OFF TOUR," read Roddy's message, which came from an exchange between him and his management.

Roddy's last album was 2021's Live Life Fast, which didn't have the same success as his 2019 debut Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial

He spoke to DJ Akademiks about that, saying the label should've dropped Live Life Fast closer to its first single "Late At Night."
