Rick Ross Is "Intimidating" 50 Cent's Process Servers In Massive Legal Malpractice Suit

by HHL JT

50 Cent needs his long-time enemy Rick Ross's help in his $32 million lawsuit against his former lawyers.

50 contends Reed Smith's representation of him during his notorious bankruptcy-inducing $7 million lawsuit loss to Ross's baby mama Lavonia  Leviston, who had sued Fif over leaking her sex tape, amounted to legal malpractice.

Part of 50's case against Reed is that they made a pre-trial agreement with Leviston's lawyers that would preclude Ross from testifying.

To prove that, 50's lawyers have to talk to Ross. However, Ross doesn't want to talk and has been avoiding all of their attempts to serve him with a subpoena.

While the early reports had Ross hiding in his gated mansion, new legal docs suggest he's been using muscle to elbow away Fif's legal team.

One of 50's process actually caught the Bawse in Boston, but then this happened:

"Ross twice personally refused to take it. After Ross’ second personal refusal... Ross’ personal security approached the process server in a manner the service processer interpreted as intimidating, at which point the service processer exited the hotel," 50 Cent's lawyer Imran H. Ansari, Esq said.

50 Cent has petitioned the court to step in and demand Ross sit for a deposition. So far, they have not.
