Rich The Kid tried to live up to his name by pulling up his [likely rented] Rolls-Royce Phantom in front of the Burberry and Louis Vuitton stores on Beverly Hill's Rodeo Drive and throwing money at people who probably don't need it.
While it seemed like a joyous scene, it ended with police citing Rich for littering. That's a fine between $250 and $1000 for the first offense.
Whether that's more than the money he threw depends on where the fine lands and who many ones were involved.
You would also think Rich would cool it with the public stuntin given all the times he's been robbed.
