Rich Porter's Niece Speaks On The Death Of Alpo

Alpo notoriously killed his buddy Rich Porter, who he thought was cheating him a drug deal, and at least 13 other people. Then he turned snitch to get less time.

Now Alpo is gone, shot to death as he sat in his car in his hometown of Harlem.

The Daily News asked Rich Porter's niece what she thought of Alpo's death and she didn't mince words.

"We waited for a long time for this day to come and we are happy. That’s why we’re out here celebrating drinking champagne. Everybody’s reaction right now is celebrating. It’s a celebration for Harlem, period.

Now my uncle can finally rest in peace, 32 years later," she continued. "It’s just that the pain my mother felt all these years, I been feeling the pain with her. Every dog has their day and today was his. I believe in karma, and I’m glad that I was here to witness it."

Alpo, who was released from prison and into witness protection in 2015, was allegedly throwing drugs out of his car as he died from his gunshot wounds.
