Quavo was with his nephew and Migo-mate Takeoff when the 28-year-old was shot to death during a Houston dice game hosted by J. Prince Jr.
He will be honoring Takeoff on the Grammy stage Sunday.
Quavo will be performing his tribute track to his nephew "Without You" alongside Atlanta's Maverick City Gospel choir.
There's no word if the third Migo, Offset, will participate in any way.
The Grammys, which will be hosted by Trevor Noah for the third year in a row, will air on CBS at 8 PM.
