Pooh Shiesty was in court today, facing aggravated battery charges for shooting a strip club security guard in the ankle.

He was granted bail for 10K.

However, he will stay in jail because of another pending case he was already on bail for.

"There is not a chance I am giving this kid a bond right now," the judge said.

Last year, Pooh was arrested for armed robbery with a firearm, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon doing great bodily harm, aggravated assault with a firearm, and theft after a wild incident in Bar Harbor, Florida that included Pooh firing off shots and then escaping in a Maybach.
