This week, the world gained its eight millionth person.

There were lots of Nick Cannon jokes.

But having as many children as Nick does -- ten with an eleventh coming soon -- is no joking manner.

And it's quite expensive.

Speaking to the Neighborhood Talk, Cannon confirmed he pays almost $3 million a year in child support to various women.

But that's not all.

“I definitely spend a lot more than that on my children annually,” Cannon added. “I don’t plan to ever have to participate in the governmental system of a child.”
