Nick Cannon revisited his notorious Mariah Carey fueled beef with Eminem on T.I.'s new show ExpediTIously.
During the chat, he remembers hearing Em's Mariah diss "Bagpipes from Baghdad" for the first time.
"I think we was flying back on a jet from Africa somewhere and this motherf*cker drops a song, like, talking sh*t. Calling her all kinds of bitches and hoes," said Cannon to T.I. "I'm like, this is my wife. This is my new wife. I wrote a letter first ... I don't even know if Twitter had came out yet. So, I wrote this long-ass letter pretty much saying, look, I respect you as an artist. I'm actually a fan and I think you're one of the best to ever do it. But from man to man, you talking out of pocket to my wife. You gotta be held accountable for that. So I need to see you face-to-face."
"It's funny because they like to build up people as superhero characters. But if you've ever seen Marshall Mathers, he's not someone who really looks like he wants smoke with most."
T.I. disagreed a little here, arguing that Em has "that crazy white boy energy."
"I went looking for him. I called mangers," Cannon continued, saying he contacted the late Chris Lighty. "I was like 'look if I need to come to Detroit ... I gotta show my wife I'm a man. I know I'm not going to be able to out-rap [him] but I'll whoop [his] a$$."
Eventually, Cannon calmed down and realized they could all make money off of this. He added Eminem is still in his top five.
