NBA Prospect Shades J. Cole's Chances

by HHL JT

Shortly after Master P announced that J. Cole was looking to make the NBA, the Detroit Pistons offered the North Carolina rapper a tryout.

It seems unlikely that Cole, who is 35 and who didn't play when he attended St. John's, would have what it takes to make the NBA.

Devonte Green, who played four years at Indiana and who isn't expected to be drafted in October, had some fun with that.

I would’ve considered being a rapper if I knew it got u free NBA tryouts

"I would’ve considered being a rapper if I knew it got u free NBA tryouts," he typed.

Green, whose big brother Danny has played 11 years in the NBA, says he wasn't trying to get at Cole with the humorous Tweet.

If you know me u know there’s no hate behind this tweet lol but feel free to keep trolling so I can laugh some more
