Meek Mill Speaks On Eagles Celebrating To "Dreams And Nightmares"


Before the Philadelphia Eagles 38-7 dismantling of the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC title game, the team hyped themselves up to hometown boy Meek Mill's "Dreams and Nightmares."

They did so again when the game was over and they had advanced to the Super Bowl.

Meek, who's serving 2 to 4 years on probation violations, was able to comment on his track becoming the unofficial anthem of the Eagles' special season.

"I’m so proud of my Eagles for making the Super Bowl and representing the city of Philadelphia," Mill said in a statement sent to "It really lifted my spirit to hear the team rally around my songs and that’s why I make music—to inspire others and bring people together. But the Eagles have also motivated me with the way they’ve overcome tough situations and injuries to succeed this year. That’s why I’m confident my guys are going to beat the Patriots and bring the Super Bowl trophy to Philly."
