Memphis rapper Memphis Ash is calling Lil Yachty a thief.

His lawyers have filed a cease and desist letter against Boat, claiming his Teenage Emotions track 'Peek A Boo' swipes the verse and hook from Ash's cut 'Pikachu'.

Yachty's manager Coach K dismissed the charge and told TMZ they will neither cease nor desist because 'Peek A Boo' and 'Pikachu' are completely different songs.

Ash's next step will be to try to get 'Peek A Boo' scrubbed from Spotify, iTunes and other online stores.
