Lil Peep's Toxicology Report Is Complete

by HHL JT

We now know what killed Lil Peep.

And it's no big surprise.

The Pima County Medical Examiner toxicology report is complete and they found the cause of death is the "combined toxic effects of fentanyl and alprazolam." Alprazolam is the generic name for Xanax.

Combining fentanyl and alprazolam is known to cause respiratory distress, coma and possibly death.

The Medical Examiner ruled the death accidental.

From the beginning, the authorities believed Peep died from Xans laced with Fentanyl. Laced Xans are a big problem in Tucson, where he died. The cops have also been investigating his death as a crime, focusing on a drug dealer/giver named Mariah Bons.

Now they have more ammunition if they decide to pursue charges.
