Kanye surprised everyone this week with a new James Bond villain-inspired grill.

While there was some chatter that he had replaced his teeth in an 850K procedure, that's not what's happening.

Instead,  they are fixed prosthodontics, grills that adhere to the teeth.

His daughter North West also had a similar procedure done.
