Jay-Z & Beyonce Discuss Veganism In Intro Of New Book

Jay-Z and Beyonce are now co-authors of a new book called The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World.

The book was written by The Carters, as well as Jay-Z's personal trainer, Marco Borges. The trio have a  history, as Beyonce utilized Borges 22 Days Nutrition diet plan to prepare for her Coachella performance last year.  

Jay-Z and Beyonce helped pen the intro of the book, urging readers to try the vegan lifestyle and to take care of the world.

Having children has changed our lives more than anything else.

We used to think of health as a diet – some worked for us, some didn’t. Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible.
