When Tekashi 6ix9ine was brutally beaten in a South Florida gym earlier this month, he received injuries to his jaw, neck, ribs, and back.

But the rapper-turned-goverment-informant has seemed to heal up pretty well since then because he was seen shooting a music video in Cuba this week.

As we reported, Tekashi hightailed it to Cuba after the beating, obviously to get out of harm's way.

That's because it hasn't been revealed if the attack was related to him testifying against his former Nine Trey gang members.

His attackers were arrested on Thursday night either way, though.

In regards to the video, which seems to be for a Spanish song, it shows the 26-year-old wearing a Cuban flag and being surrounded by a group of people.

But some Cubans have already blasted the clip.

"Nah he gotta take that flag off he ain’t one of us," one person wrote.

How do you think Tekashi's career will fare in Cuba?
