Ice Cube Pays His Respects after 'Friday' Co-Star Tommy 'Tiny' Lister Passes Away

by Daryl Nelson

People are now reacting to the passing of Tommy "Tiny" Lister, who was found dead in his apartment in Marina Del Rey, California on Thursday, Dec. 10. He reportedly died of natural causes, but an autopsy still has to be conducted to find out the official cause of death.

Lister has been acting for over thirty years and was also a pro wrestler back in the day. But he's probably best known for playing Deebo in the films Friday and Next Friday.

Ice Cube, who wrote both films,  already paid his respects to Lister on Twitter.

RIP Tiny “Deebo” Lister. America’s favorite bully was a born entertainer who would pop into character at the drop of a hat terrifying people on and off camera. Followed by a big smile and laugh. Thank you for being a good dude at heart. I miss you already. pic.twitter.com/jIl8yEZU9c
