"Just run the numbers up. Some people ask for 100K, 200K.  Just get the appearance of their music to look good when they come to their page," he said.

According to the masked man, it costs around $1500 bucks to get 100,000 streams.  He also called out an artist who has been caught faking streams.

"You see some of these prominent artists, French Montana for example," he said, referencing accusations of fake streams against French that arose a few years ago.

Williams added that G Eazy also got caught up in a fake stream scandal.
