Back in December 2020, an image of a sickly looking Famous Dex appeared online, and it had fans concerned about his health and well-being.

Once that picture surfaced and rumors started to spread about Dex's drug use, the Chicago rapper entered rehab, with the help of fellow rapper, Rich The Kid.

Since then, Dex has remained off social media while in rehab and updated his fans through personal phone calls with friends.

Last night, Dex shared a video to his Instagram story which showed him out of rehab, listening to music, and flexing his muscles.
