The March for Our Lives gun control protests took place all around the United States on Saturday. This was after a teenage gunman killed 17 people and injured 14 others at Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida on Feb. 14.

Recently, a TMZ reporter caught up with Three 6 Mafia's DJ Paul who said, yes, stricter gun laws are needed, but so are assault weapons.

"I just left from a college," he said. "Doing a show. Old Miss. And I saw the funniest sticker on the wall in the dorm room, and it said 'Ban idiots not guns.'  They just need to be more safer on who they giving these motherfuckers to. They giving them to people left and right ... Every time somebody end up killing somebody, they find out that they shouldn't’t have had a gun. They just need to be stricter on the rules, man, that’s all it is. We need assault rifles, man, because there is some shit about to go down over here."

Do you agree with Paul? You can hear what else he had to say about assault weapons below.
