District Attorney Makes Decision On Charges In DaBaby's Shooting Of Trespasser

by HHL JT

Last month, Dababy shot a man who had trespassed onto his property in Troutman, North Carolina.

The trespasser was hit in the leg and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

We've just learned the Iredell County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to move forward with any charges against DaBaby.  District Attorney Sarah Kirkman also announced that any further investigation into the incident is "closed."

That's good news for DaBaby during a time he's had some legal setbacks.  He was just hit with a felony battery charge for beating down Gary Pagar, who had rented his Runyon Canyon, California vacation home to DaBaby in December of 2020.

Somebody also recently leaked the footage of DaBaby shooting and killing a man in a North Carolina Walmart in 2018. DaBaby was never charged in that incident because prosecutors decided it was self-defense.  However, the video has led to calls to reopen that case.
