When DaBaby isn't shooting people, he and his entourages are issuing his signature beatings.

He's typically able to finesse his way out of serious repercussions for his DaBeatdowns.

But he may have messed with the wrong guy a year and a half ago and is now facing a felony battery charge in LA County.

Gary Pagar rented his Runyon Canyon, California vacation home to DaBaby in December on 2020.  The NC rapper was told to limit guests to 12 and to obey COVID protocols and that there was a condition in the lease that prevented the home from being used for commercial purposes.

So DaBaby went and shot a maskless music video.  When Pagar came to the set to confront him,  there were about 40 people in the house.  Pager's presence bothered DaBaby, so he and his crew gave the older man a beating and snatched his phone. Prager suffered "serious" injuries, including a lost tooth from a sucker punch.  DaBaby goon Thankgod Awute has also been hit with a felony robbery charge.

There is video of the beatdown and Pagar is suing DaBaby over the incident.
