Dave East responded to Lil Nas X saying he doesn't care about East's negative opinion on "Old Town Road" by saying that the Internet blew things out of proportion. 

The Harlem rapper took a lot of heat last week for saying the song was "super wack."

"I have the No. 1 song in the country," Nas X clapped back on the Zach Sang Show. "I do not give a f*ck about what Dave East is saying."

Dave responded to that response on Instagram Stories.

"Then y'all gon' ask the lil n***a what he think about what I say. He's not supposed to give a f*ck about what I say," said the Harlem rapper. "I don't give a f*ck what nobody say. I couldn't even get mad at lil' homie. That's a kid. Doin' his thing, man. Bad song. Internet tried to twist the whole sh*t."
