Before the frantic diamond district thriller Uncut Gems starred Adam Sandler it was going to star Jonah Hill and feature Cam'ron.
Cam even introduced the Safdie Brothers, who directed the film, to his jeweler Izzy Aranbayev of Avianne & Co, who ended up consulting on the movie.
However, the bros ended up offering Cam "a sucker ass" role in Uncut Gems and when he turned it down they never even thanked him for hooking them up with Avianne. Cam complained about all that in an IG post.
"Thanks @izzyaviannes for keeping it 100.. @booger_nose used me to get to you and the family. Then tried to give me a sucker ass role. When they told me it was supposed to be me and @jonahhill starring in it before @adamsandler got on board (uncut Jems) then didn’t even give me a thank you in the credits. @booger_nose is still my guy.. but this needed to be said. And talk about my consultant fee lol.. Love and congrats to all," Cam typed.
Booger_nose is Josh Safdie. So while Cam might feel a way, he wants to make sure the Bros are still thinking of him next time they do a film.
