Drug kingpin Alberto "Alpo" Martinez, who Cam'ron's Rico character in Paid In Full was based on, was sentenced to 35 years in prison in 1991 after striking a deal on 14 counts of murder.
He had been facing life in prison with the possibility of the death sentence.
Word is he was released in 2015 and placed in the witness protection program.
We're not sure how true that is. Because if he is in witness protection it would be difficult to confirm his release. But it does seem the 51-year old was recently spotted in the Bronx.
