600 Breezy Says He Quit Lean & Pills, Living Healthy Now [PHOTO]

600 Breezy is always in the middle of some sort of drama, and that could have been because he was on drugs. 

The Chicago rapper hit Instagram today, sharing a video of him looking much more healthy, and showing visible muscle gains. 

In the caption, Breezy said he was 7 months clean from lean and pills, and is workin gout 3-4 days a week.

7 months clean , No Lean No Pills No hard drugs at all . 6’5 240 pounds, Gym 3-4 times a week . Take care of yourself , don’t shorten your life span following trends.
