50 Cent Gets Off On Revenge Porn Motion On Graphic Loophole

by HHL JT

Teairra Mari has said she's going to go after 50 Cent for revenge porn after he posted on Instagram an image of her with body fluids on her face.

Mari and her legal team alleged that 50 teamed up with Mari's ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad -- the presumed source of the body fluids -- to humiliate Mari. Step one in their case against 50 was obtaining a restraining order against him.

That motion has failed for a very specific and graphic reason. The judge ruled that a photo of Mari with ejaculate on her face doesn't technically show her "engaging in a sexual act."

Mari's lawyer Lisa Bloom disputes the decision.

"Common sense dictates that a photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban," Bloom argued.

Nevertheless, it looks like they have an uphill battle if they want to get 50 on revenge porn charges.
