50 Cent Calls Out Gayle King For Soiling Kobe Bryant's Legacy

by HHL JT

50 Cent is among those who is not happy that CBS This Morning personality Gayle King brought up Kobe Bryant's 2003 rape charge during an interview she did with WNBA star Lisa Leslie.

👀what is this, wait somebody gotta help me understand why they keep doing this. 🤷🏽‍♂️i apologize for my language in advance let’s talk about this. pic.twitter.com/zpKu58SQwc

In the clip, Leslie says the charge doesn't complicate Kobe's legacy and added that in her experience Kobe was respectful to women.  King kept pressing her and 50 yells at King's line of questioning from his couch.

The rape charge against Kobe was dismissed when the accuser refused to testify.  Kobe settled with the accuser out of court and we would imagine an NDA prevents the accuser from speaking on the incident now.

Before coming for Gayle King, 50 was all over Gayle's good friend Oprah Winfrey for producing a documentary about all of Russell Simmons's sexual assault accusers, wondering why Oprah didn't have that same energy for white celebrities who have faced similar charges.

Oprah eventually pulled out of the Simmons doc but says she still completely believes his accusers.

.@WNBA legend @LisaLeslie told @GayleKing that Kobe Bryant's legacy is "not complicated" for her despite his 2003 rape accusation.

"I don't think it's something that we should keep hanging over his legacy." https://t.co/qj6MVvOaqX pic.twitter.com/9qtVORobLO
