50 Cent Bait: Trump Gave Jimmy Henchman Clemency But Left Him In Prison

by HHL JT

Jimmy Henchman's lawyer is claiming that then-President Trump granted his client clemency -- and then never followed through.

According to a signed affidavit by NFL great Jim Brown, who advocated on Henchman's behalf, Trump called Brown on Dec. 18 2020, and told him that Henchman would be home for Christmas.

Henchman's family then traveled to West Virginia to meet him at federal prison, but he was never released.

"[Henchman]'s serving a sentence that no longer exists," his attorneys write, arguing Trump's correspondence with Brown is all that is required to make the decision binding and irreversible, based on a Civil War interpretation of the law.

Henchman is serving two life sentences for arranging the murder of G-Unit affiliate Lowell "Lodi Mack" Fletcher.  The deadly hit was allegedly payback for an attack on Henchman's 14-year old son by Fletcher and G-Unit member Tony Yayo in 2007. The murder took place in 2009, weeks after Fletcher got out of jail for the assault on Henchman's boy.

He is also serving an unrelated life sentence for running a large-scale cocaine ring.

So 50 Cent is certainly paying attention to this.
