A video clip from an IG Live session had a lot of folks thinking Detroit rapper 42 Dugg, who's signed to Lil Baby, is trying to tell everyone something.

That's a bold bar for any rapper to spit, let alone an up and comer who has a street repetition.

Dugg is now claiming folks just couldn't understand his distinctive drawl.
