The Feds of the Southern District On New York announced today the indictment of 18 members of the 59 Brims, including Cardi's best friend Yonette "Star Brim" Respass.
Star Brim is said to be the highest-ranking female member of the Brims and is being charged with slashing a person and participating in a racketeering conspiracy.
She is currently pregnant and is expected to give birth within days so the Feds have agreed not to bring her in until she does.

There are two rank structures — one for 59 Brims who are in prison and one for those who are free, prosecutors say.
