Big Sean first came onto the scene with his 2011 album Finally Famous. 

He's taken a break since then. Like in 2018 when he stopped making music due to having anxiety and depression.

The Detroit rapper is now going on hiatus again since he and his longtime partner Jhené Aiko are having a child together. He spoke about it with TMZ while walking through LAX.

"I'm definitely taking some time for it to just be us," said Sean about himself, Jhené and the baby. "Got to. I'll return [when it feels right]. You can't really put a time limit on it. You gotta feel it out."

When he does drop new music, it probably won't have anything to do with his GOOD Music boss Kanye West since they had a falling out after Ye dissed him. 

Sean claimed the label owes him money as well so that issue may have to be settled before a new album comes.
