Yung Tory spoke out after he was seen getting beaten up and robbed on video.
The clip shows the Canadian rapper getting completely pummeled in a hallway and then having his money and jewelry snatched. He later accused his former manager of committing the assault, but the former manager said it wasn't him. Tory also said his attacker caught him while he was tipsy from drinking.
"Shout out to everybody that's showing love to the kid, sending all the positive vibes, trying to see if I'm okay and all that," said Tory who put out his "Free Dope 2" project last year. "That ain't shit. Some old shit ... Some hatin' niggas. My manager, a nigga I called bro nigga, told I love you and all that shit. Brought to my mom's crib, niggas I brought to the States. I had to let him go and the nigga got mad. Hating shit. Niggas caught me drinking. Set up shit."
