JayDaYoungan was laid to rest yesterday afternoon at Bogalusa High school in his hometown of Bogalusa, Lousiana.

The 24-year-old was killed in a shooting in Bogalusa on July 27.  Jay's father was also shot in the incident, but he survived.

Yungeen Ace was at the funeral.  He jumped on Twitter today to explain why he didn't look into the open casket

"I ain’t look at jay in his casket cause I ain’t want that to be the last time I seen his face," Yungeen typed.

There are no suspects in Jay's murder.   Last week, Jay's artist FG Famous was arrested for a shooting that cops say was in retaliation for Jay's death.
