Young Thug's been doing a lot press on both sides of the Atlantic.
His latest interview is with the New York Times, which explains to its readers the odd phenomenon that is Thugger. In the feature, Thug addresses his "beef" with Lil Wayne, which include accusations one of his boys shot up Weezy's tour bus.
"I got millions to get, I'm not running around shooting no damn bus," Thug told The Times. "I'm not just being lame or trying to do something smooth. I told the whole world [Wayne] my idol, and whenever you stop I'm gonna keep going. “Both of us grew up the same thing, the same gang man — Y.M.C.M.B.,” he continue. "Why should you ever in your life even feel like we against each other?"In the article, writer Jon Caramanica suggests Thug has "surpassed his idol" Wayne. Just one man's opinion, but do you think there is any merit to it?
