A lot of folks expressed worry after seeing a video of Young M.A looking unwell while getting a haircut. She responded to the clip and defended the barber who posted it. 

The Brooklyn rapper shared another message after that and gave fans an update on her health.

“As many of my supporters know I’ve been dealing with various personal health issues the last few years,” wrote Young M.A on Instagram. “I recently was hospitalized and was successfully treated for several conditions. I’m doing better now, will take some time but I’m on the road to recovery and look forward to the future ... I’m in good spirits and everything will be explained in the MUSIC! Plus documentary.. Love y’all MAB! Don’t worry I’m good! Bless up."

Hopefully, Young M.A is completely on the other side of whatever health issues she was facing.
