A couple of years ago a confessed he signed a secret record deal.
But he has been one before. Here's Dolph breaking down how much it costs to put out a song independent
"You probably have to take anywhere from a quarter-million dollar budget to a million-dollar budget depending what you doing and what you you trying to do with. That's a song," Dolph explained.
" It's called a machine for a reason. You got marketing, you got marketing on the streets, you got marketing on radio, marketing not he Internet ... You can't just do this over there and not do this over there."
